All the support you need to get up and running with Qwil Messenger
Qwil Messenger is an invite only platform. You need to be invited by a member of staff at the organisation you wish to join. Simply contact your representative and wait for the email invitation.
If you are looking to get Qwil for your business, you can start a free trial.
Your username or Qwil ID is used to sign in to Qwil Messenger. When you first accepted your invitation to Qwil Messenger you created your username and you also received an email with your Qwil ID (a 10 digit number).
Upon creating your account you also will have created a password that includes one upper and lowercase letter, one special character and at least 8 characters.
WhatsApp is great for friends and family, but it’s not built for business. There’s no user authentication, no control, and no audit trail — which puts your firm at risk.
Qwil gives you WhatsApp-style ease, but in a fully secure, compliant environment. You get fast, emoji-filled conversations with drag-and-drop file sharing — plus professional features like e-signatures, video calls, scheduling, and file management, all in one place.
From multi-party conversations, sharing large files or pictures, scheduling and joining video calls and signing documents, Qwil includes all the tools in the same place. You also have read receipts, reply-to message, emojis and all the functionality you are familiar with.
It is up to each organisation to decide how they would like to use the platform according to their business needs, but Qwil provides the communication channel to make it happen.
We offer flexible plans for businesses of all sizes — from solo professionals to global enterprises. Choose what fits, customise as needed, and only pay for what you use.
